I have been working in the field of bodywork therapies for the last 13 years, studying Yoga Therapy and earning a 3 year diploma in Craniosacral Therapy (Upledger Institute Ireland).

My travels to South America led me to experience the work of ancestral medicine which resulted in diving into the psychedelic realms. As a result I enrolled into a transpersonal training under the Grof Legacy Training. I abide on the healing principle of transformation and as a senior Yoga teacher I am committed to my own transformational journey with my embodied practice.

I offer a holistic approach and stress management through Yogic techniques, meditation, craniosacral therapy, massage and breathwork. My own experience has also led me to study and work with women of all ages and their disbalances. 

I believe that our goal is to live in a synchrony with a God/Goddess, Universe and Nature.
